The touch screen on the first bay didn't work. Then I switched to a different bay in which I paid $16, but the door into the bay didn't open. There was no button for refund and I paid in cash! I'll never use this one again
I am moving and can't use car wash where I am moving so I cancel monthly charge. Noticed the day after canceling there is a $23 charge to card. Doesn't look good if your BBB member
For it being a decent day, there’s only one bay open and that’s the middle. They have cars lined up towards the road. They need to get this fixed so there won’t be a traffic jam. What’s the deal with running one bay? Then when I went to try to get a receipt so I can hand into my company I never got one.
I have used this wash several times and have been satisfied. Doesn’t clean as well as manually washing, but is better than other places and for a quick wash. I was there yesterday 2/25/25 at 4:45 and tried 2 different cc’s via chip and swiping several times each. It would not read either cc. So I paid with a $20.00 bill for the $14.00 wash. I received $5.00 back…. Should have been $6.00. The screen also said to take the receipt of it owing $1.00 for reimbursement. No receipt ever printed.
