Extremely upset just started going to this car wash and within two weeks I went from having a small Scuff randomly appear on my back right bumper not understanding where it came from to then go back through the car wash, and right after another wash the same side of the car the scuff grew all the way up to my tail light. There is no other explanation. I’ve never experienced anything bad with a touchless car wash, but obviously it scuffed my vehicle. My Lexus is brand new and I’ve only had it for a couple months. This car wash is actually terrible. The car wash bays don’t always work and the vacuums are the absolute worst. They literally don’t suck up anything. I really hope they can fix these issues.
