I had my oil changed. I explained to the technician that the last time I was there for an oil change my skid plate was not fastened properly and it started to drag. The technician at that time fastened it with zip ties. When I conveyed the situation to him that had happened previously, he said he screwed it on as best that he could and it had some damage. Nice Guys. Quick. 15 min for an oil change and tire rotation. Offered to change cabin filter but not pushy when I declined. Will go back
