absolutely the worse customer service you can ask for my 2014 BMW was in great condition went through their car was and it broke off my mirror and the not only said they are not going to fix it because my car is over 7 years old and because it has 200k on it that's a 1k fix and all I get is a oh well we don't take responsibility even after your manger said it be taken care of this is garbage bad customer services they even said they watched the vid and saw it happen but wont take responsibility
