Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long while, local rep excluded. Very poor communication, ten or more weeks late on promised delivery, no answers from a very poorly trained staff. Website outdated and misleading as to specifications. Installation details lacking. No technical assistance worthy of the name. My Distributor still hasn't gotten a price back on a fixture that I need for a bid. This happen to me last summer also. I guess I'll have to stop specifying your products on projects.
Excellent LED Lights, Great
Very happy with the quality, price and service from SPJ lighting. The items were available as promised. The sales manager was very helpful also as a consultant and worked with us to help us understand the types of lighting products and their different effects in order to meet our needs. We went with wash lighta to illuminate our front door pathway and up lights for the palm trees. Also spots to illuminate the front steps Very high quality priducts provided a beautiful result
