This company may be good at what they do (base on the reviews) but they are not decent people or at least have no regard for the common citizen. One of their road work signs hit my vehicle on the highway and they refused to assume responsibility for the damages. At least two signs were left behind after they completed the work and due to the wind, one detached from the metal stand and went flying towards me while driving on the highway. Do not explain the details of rental equipment in the beginning, like delivery. Will not give a time frame when equipment will be delivered, so you have to wait all day.
Excellent customer service! Prompt and courteous response to my questions and needs. Delivery made as promised. Will definitely use them again!
Outstanding sales staff, Equipment that I rented was delivered on time and had excellent service. Service driver's were very professional.I will be calling on them again.
