Lisa Starnes is the best! We have been with Spivey Insurance for years and she was so instrumental in getting us a new roof, due to wind and hail damage. She communicates everything as it happens, so you stay informed through the whole process. She is knowledgeable and great at what she does 100 percent!
Spivey Insurance Group is a very professional and friendly company. I have used them for my home and auto insurance for about the last 14 years. I have had a couple of claims over the years and have always felt that they took good care of me. I get a call from Valerie about a month prior to my insurance renewal date telling me she is going to shop for the best rates available. I usually get a follow up call from her indicating how much she can save me. That is the type of insurance agent you want.
