DR SPIVEY IS A LYING UNETHICAL CR00K – I was defrauded by a dentist (DR. BEN SPIVEY) in Ocala, FL. I told him, both verbally, and in writing, that I wanted ALL amalgam fillings in my mouth removed. I made it very clear that I wanted every bit removed, not just covered up. He agreed, and did the first "quarter" of my mouth. It was the upper right.
