James Thomas is the best service advisor of any where I have taken my car, he always greets me by name. He is very knowledgeable, always looks to help me with the best service possible. When I go to Spitzer I bypass all other service advisors because I know James will take care of me.
James Thomas provided fantastic service. The video of my rusty brake rotors was instructive so that I could see the problem in full. However, I wish that the fog light bulb did not cost $35!!
Service was friendly, efficient and I honestly feel that the car felt better overall. Elvis was great.
