Had a appointment to get my 23 Toyota tundra Safety recall Repaired this morning, the repair would take about 5 hours. I was told on the phone that there would be a loner car available otherwise I could not schedule. They assured me, this would not be a problem. When I showed up for my appointment this morning, I was told there is no loner car and I was never told this on the phone. I was treated very rudely. I lived over a 1 hour away.
