I was scheduled for service on my Jeep Cherokee and Kendra Weaver in the Service Dept. greeted me so kindly and professionally! Kendra kept me up to speed on what was going on with my Jeep during the appointment. In conclusion to this appointment, Kendra’s treatment during at the end of appointment will definitely bring back for future services even though it is an hour from my home!
My service advisor was Steven Edwards.He was very polite and informative on what was being done and on what needed to be done in the future.I appreciate his kindness.The service itself,was done in a reasonable amount of time.
Got the oil changed in the chariot. The folks here are always super nice, price is competitive, and the work is quality. Glad they're a short drive from me!
I've taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee L in twice this month for service and will definitely return for future service needs. Kendra W. was patient, understanding, and knowledgeable of the 4WD service completed. I had to go back in for a tire patch and they worked me in the same day. Megan N. helped me get the tour fixed and back on the road quickly. The great service is very appreciated!
