So I had a 2021 Ram 3500. Had all my service done by them all the years I owned (4). I had a great experience the whole time with that truck. Then I traded it in and purchased a 2026 Ram 2500. The purchasing process was good. But I immediately had several issues with my truck. One is a recall which took weeks to just get in for service. The other is an issue with the fuel gauge. We purchased our new (used) vehicle at Spitzer. We have been so happy with our purchase! A big shoutout to Matt and Anthony who stayed LATE to make sure we were taken care of. They worked with us even though we were in a difficult situation. We hadn’t been so lucky just earlier that day. However, at Spitzer, we were given the BEST customer service from the moment we walked in that door. We felt seen and like our business mattered.
