Joshua Pope is a very personable gentleman that made us like him right away. He explained the service to us so that we knew what they were doing to our car and why. He kept us apprised at what they had accomplished so far and how long we would still be waiting. Very friendly young man and is definitely an asset to Spitzer Kia.
Always have had a great experience with Spitzer Kia! Recently was seen for routine maintenance and I’m always impressed with my service. The staff are very friendly. Desirae Rose was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation but ended up needing rear rotors and brakes. The parts were not in stock and had to be picked up but Desirae Rose kept me in the loop, was very professional, and apologetic for the wait. Very good customer service.
