Everyone was very friendly and personable. No high pressure. Zach was terrific. He did come on strong. Just laid back and listened to what we had to say and what we wanted.
Place is a joke, anytime I come here I have a horrible experience they act fake friendlyin your face, only reason I brought my truck in was because it was under warranty still.. brought it in for rough idle, they told me they dont feel anything at all and maybe it needs a turnup, charged me $250 diagnostic to tell me nothing is wrong with my jeep, when you could clearly feel it shaking bad, took it to my local mechanic and he instantly popped rhe hoodand was felt it shaking and agreed somthing was way off.. Very disappointed with the service received so far. The day I got the vehicle, not sure how, but salesman let me drive off without the vehicle being insured. I thought he had taken care of it as other dealerships I've worked with always have. Went for first tire rotation and oil change, was told it's be1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Took over 2 hours. To change oil & tires. Just got a recall notice for a software problem with the transmission module. Called to schedule, phone range about 15 times before they picked up, then they tr... read more
So i brong my vehicle in to get the recalls tooking care of that went wrong and received a call that a piece was broken trying to do one of the recalls it would be 1600 dollars i can come in and the technician could explain and show me better... I get to the dealership and walked to my vehicle where i was shown my gas tank and the tip of my quick connector for the fuel line snapped and was then told by the technician he tried to superglue it back together everything else came apart fine and was great this snapped when he too... read more
