Was referred directly to this Spitzer location by PowerSmart for our snow blower as it is not starting as it's still under warranty. PowerSmart told us the work order would be put in with Spitzer and they would call us. Spitzer never called us. We ended up calling them directly as we never heard from them. They told us they don't like email so that's fine they told us we could bring it in.
