It was awesome! Everyone was super nice and a pleasant atmosphere.
Very smooth. Had a 1:00 appointment and they started working on it as soon as I was checked in. They changed the oil, rotated tires, and did overall check
Due for a 7,500 service interval,which is covered under my Spitzer Auto Prepaid Maintenance Agreement,showed it to the service guy,he didn’t acknowledge it,suppose to get a free oil change,didn’t get that!!!!
We went in for warranty, insurance work. It took 6 tries to not get the job done. At first they didn't even want to check with our Warrenty insurance to see if it was covered. I honestly don't think they wanted to do the work. They did check and it was covered. However after 6 tries they still didn't fix it. However charged us the 100.00 deducted for doing nothing.
