We have only had great experiences with this place they fixed one of our cars before and you couldn't even tell the car hit a deer, we have a new car in this shop for cosmetic repairs and I am sure they will do a great job, Shaun is wonderful he has always been professional and very easy to talk to, he informs us of what they are doing and tries to tell us the best way to fix the vehicle I was told by another shop that they couldn't get the car in until July, spritzer collision center told to bring the car to the shop and th... read more
This place is absolutely terrible and they will lie to you. I got in an accident in January and here it's June and I'm still waiting to get my air conditioner Fixed the right way, they had it twice and still couldn't figure out that it was a simple hose. And now I have to have my dealership Do the work for them! They are terrible. Do not come here. My insurance company made me use them. They said they guaranteed the work. Great experience! My car was completed on the estimated date, communication was great throughout the process, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this shop for anyone looking to get work done!
I had hit a deer with my car and Spitzer was recommended by my insurance company so I decided to go with them. I'm so glad I did. Such an easy process and they did an AMAZING job. My car was pretty bad. They got it in quick initially. The process was slowed down by my insurance company which was no fault of this business. My vehicle was done 2 days sooner than expected. I have to put before and after pictures because of how bad it was and how great they did. I would return again!
