Car was in the shop for almost a complete month after a collision with a deer. I get it back and the horn doesn't work, windshield washer reservoir is cracked and will not hold fluid, they didn't fit the bumper in correctly and whoever painted it doesn't know how to paint without having drips. They look like they stood 6ft above the engine bay and dropped the radiator fluid back into it as it's splashed all over the place. We have only had great experiences with this place they fixed one of our cars before and you couldn't even tell the car hit a deer, we have a new car in this shop for cosmetic repairs and I am sure they will do a great job, Shaun is wonderful he has always been professional and very easy to talk to, he informs us of what they are doing and tries to tell us the best way to fix the vehicle I was told by another shop that they couldn't get the car in until July, spritzer collision center told to bring the car to the shop and th... read more
This place is absolutely terrible and they will lie to you. I got in an accident in January and here it's June and I'm still waiting to get my air conditioner Fixed the right way, they had it twice and still couldn't figure out that it was a simple hose. And now I have to have my dealership Do the work for them! They are terrible. Do not come here. My insurance company made me use them. They said they guaranteed the work.
