My experience with Spitzer Jeep Ram of Brook Park has been the worst service interaction I have ever had with any business. I originally brought my Ram EcoDiesel in on July 25th asking for a DEF mileage reset after I cleaned crystallized fluid from the injector myself. Instead, I was told the DEF supply line needed to be replaced. When I returned on August 7th for that repair, I was suddenly told the NOx sensor and catalytic converter also needed replacement.
