Great new program of updating customers on what perks are available to us ,while waiting for our service to be completed. Rachel was very informative and had a packet ready for me,as I sat down.The packet also contained an estimate of my cars value and a carfax report. She went out of her way to get the same report on my older vehicle,when asked.
Excellent as always! The service team was helpful and explained everything well. They kept me up to date on the status and with no hassle applied my GM points to my account for my oil change and tire rotation. Rachel Goodman explained the VIP program to me and repeatedly asked if I had any questions. She was a great additional to the staff. Thank you

As usual everything was exceptional. Pat in the service department handled everything! Carmen was there to help answers some questions I had about some features on my 2025 Equinox.
