I worked with Chris House for a minor repair including new windshield wipers. The service was handled professionally with Chris contacting me for approval to proceed with the main repair after he disclosed cost estimate. There was no discussion or disclosure about the wiper blade cost. My issue is the charge of $23.00 labor for EACH wiper blade with the part itself costing $16.00. The employees in the Service area are knowledgeable and know their skill. Over and above that, they are friendly and professional in the way they handle conversations.
It was nice that the parts needed were in stock. Work went well and satisfied with the results.
I had the 7,000 mile transmission filter and fluid flush done on my C8 Corvette. The service was excellent and the price was several hundred less than other Chevrolet dealers.
