I own a 2015 Jeep Wrangler, and I try to do most of the maintenance on it that I can, but there are times when the Jeep needs professional help. I couldn't remove my oil filter plastic cover because the plastic section on it stripped and it wouldn't loosen. I initially brought it to a 4 wheel shop because I needed to get my bigger wheels aligned, and I asked them to try and remove it. My service provider kept me informed of repair progress, the technician found I needed rear pads replaced, the tech could not remove the pads as the bolts were rusted to the disk bracket, the tech and service provider hunted around for a replacement, found one up the street. Complete the rear disk replacement and I was on my way. Lexi, my service provider kept me apprised of each of the steps and options that I could choose. Lexi made my day and fix my Jeep. Very satisfied all around.
