Okay get ready for a story so I got my dream car from these guys which soon turned into a nightmare!! I got the car December 28 2024 took it for a test drive and noticed a flat tire indication for the back left. So I asked will that be fixed? The truth is that this dealership only vehicles in poor condition, they offer you two weeks after having them, they give you failures and I make it public because my brother the vehicle they gave him in two weeks the engine presented failures since November 2024 until today he is in the service workshop of them and they do not give an answer so before taking you a vehicle that they have, he carries your own mechanic to evaluate it.
I had a horrible car buying experience here. For reference I went to two other dealerships (including another spitzer in Amherst) that same day and had positive experiences and even bought a car at another dealership that day. Here are a few red flags from my experience at this dealership. 1. They don't have the prices on the vehicles in the lot. 2. They won't actually walk around the lot with you. There is nothing enjoyable about the car buying process, except that Joshua Bartholomew went above and beyond to make the experience more enjoyable. Joshua is professional and polite and he listened to what my concerns were, stuck to my wish list and he found me the perfect match.
