I had a short visit to Utah and visited Spitz, the nearest restaurant to my hotel that was still open that night. I didn’t expect much, but the food was soooo good! Their loaded fries were worth to try. And I wouldn’t expect the hospitality would be that warm and welcoming. I believed her name was Valeria. I could definitely tell she had lots of things to do at once, yet she was still smiling warmly at the guest. The food and the service I’ve experienced there were something I wouldn’t expect from a small restaurant.
I’ve tried something new every time I’ve been and haven’t been disappointed yet! They have so many great options.

One of our favorite restaurants! We love the vegan options and halal meat.
I have always enjoyed coming to Spitz and I love their falafel the most. The lime/lemon water is honestly much preferred over tap water from a soda machine too.
