I have been a regular customer of Spitz Groom for well over a year. My Keeshond is looked after by them every Friday and he cannot wait to get in the door when we arrive. Beck and her team are not just extremely good at what they do, they care about the dogs they look after, and it shows. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Beck is the best grooming professional I have ever met in Australia. Her passion, knowledge and kindness make me feel very trusted and happy. If you are a dog owner and have never tried this grooming salon, I highly recommend it. I'm sure your furry friend and you will both be happy.
Your booking service is ridiculous. Couldn't select the correct breed, couldn't select the correct coat type. I know you can't have every breed known to man but surely an option to select a cross breed of a particular dog would be easy enough. Your only cross breed option is husky x malamute. And then when it came up with suggested services it didn't provide the service I was looking for. You say you specialise in deshedding so I assume a deshedding would be a common service you provide.
Spitz is more of a day-spa than a groomer. Puppy used to be anxious about grooming but now rips to the car!!!!
Never been to a groomer that attends to a dog’s needs beyond a wash and chop. Bec and her team go well and truly beyond what was expectated. The warmth, fear-free approach and lovely welcome is incredibly refreshing. 10/10 would recommend!
