I mean every one of well-deserved these five stars. Tallis, my Coton de Tulear, first saw Beck for some serious dematting around his neck after wearing a cone, which this anxious puppy human could not manage. Beck bent over backwards to fit us in and was so welcoming, gentle and kind that Tallis fell in love with her immediately; the term 'dog whisperer' has never been more applicable. Took my little one to Spitz Groom for his very first grooming session not knowing how he would go, but he absolutely loved it! The staff at Spitz are exceptional; very knowledgable and they treat every dog with incomparable care. He also stayed on at their daycare, and again, he absolutely loved it! We have taken our girl here for 3 years and counting. They do a fantastic job, she is always calm and happy leaving and the staff are very nice. We generally have Alyssa but we have tried many of the other ladies there whoever is free and all do a wonderful job. Thank you spitz groom for another happy groom
