Great customer service! Really above and beyond. Appreciate all the help they provided today from the second I walked in.
We own a company that demands high quality lumber, no bows, no cracks, and not to be wet. Every time we go to Spitsen... Lumber, we are screwed every time. The last time we went for a simple order, they over charged us $33.00, gave us bowed, cracked, cheap, and wet lumber. They even tried to put in 3 pieces into the order, we didn't even need. Be aware, they should not be allowed to pick your lumber, because they try to give you the through away junk. No one knows math, or how to use a calculator, let alone, a tape measure. ... read more

Poor customer service, attitude, and follow through on promised order. Tahoe City Lumber or Truckee Tahoe Lumber are far superior in all three.
