We take pride in our meat! All of our meats are either brined or marinated in our own blends & mixes, then slow roasted over charcoal and layered with our homemade bastes to build delicious levels of flavor. We then take these meats and pile them on Sanchioli Brothers Italian Breads, Buns & Rings. Spitfirez catered my daughters Birthday party. Everything was amazing! The Gold Pork and Pitt Potatoes were a BIG hit but my personal favorite was their Roast Beef. I reccomend them to anyone looking for a good catering company!

Customer service goes above and beyond everytime. Hearty home made soups, delicious appetizers, and fantastic charcoal fired REAL meat hoagies. Only problem is deciding on what to order next! Highly recommended for lunches or catering any type of event.
Spitfirez food is amazing! I had them cater my bridal shower. I had many guests tell me how delicious the food was. One of my friends even booked them for her wedding! I highly recommend you check them out! You will be glad you went with Spitfirez!

Just had some food that was catered by SpitfireZ yesterday for the first time and was blown away. That quality of the food was amazing and the service was outstanding. There was no lingering like is common among catering service, every thing was ready to go and fresh off the charcoal grill. Will definitely be using SpitfireZ for future events and now that i hear they have location close to Monroeville in Wilmerding will be dropping by to grab a meat samich or two.
