THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! It seems to be permanently closed, but they still took my call mid May, I was able to make a booking, pay them, and on the day nobody was there. The phone goes to voicemail, the website is not accessible, and nobody replies to sms or emails. I reported them to my bank, Fair Trading and ACCC.
A group of us booked for my buck's party and found on arrival that the business was not open. This was after having signed waivers and been told to arrive at 10:30am for the briefing. It was critical that we not be late! The staff and business owner mustn't have received that same warning.
Just an awful experience. We had booked my son's birthday and without any prior notice we turned up to a closed venue. Full payment was made! There were many others outside the venue in the same situation. We then had to scramble to organise another venue on the spot. Absolutely disgraceful.
Like many of the reviews in the last 24 hours, we also rocked up on Saturday for my son’s birthday party to find it closed. We had confined the booking on Wednesday and received the waivers on Thursday. It appears as though they have hit financial trouble and have closed the business. I can get over that. Our friends and family turned up today at 12pm for my son’s 10th Birthday only to find the doors closed. As it turned out the business was evicted on Thursday night and had not notified any of the party bookings. We were the 3rd party to turn up today. We had paid $2k cash the Monday prior. Ruined my 10 year old son’s birthday. Scammer!!!
