We’ve just completed a 1000 km road trip towing our 6m ply cabin cruiser on its new Spitfire trailer. The boat trailed wonderfully and importantly safely and securely. Launching and retrieving in the Darling River on unfamiliar ramps showed the quality of our trailer. Andrew and his team expertly custom fitted our unique boat ensuring proper keel and hull support as well as appropriate tow ball weight. Purchased a spitfire trailer to replace my 15 year old Mackay trailer on my 6 metre northbank. After 7 months we found cracks in the aluminium in several places including the guards and the area that the boat is tied down to the trailer. Visited Andrew at his workshop and he told me to bring it back and he would repair the issues or he would refund my money. It was one and a half weeks before Christmas of 2023 when on the Wednesday I found Spitfire SA Boat Trailers on the internet. after studying the extensive website and ringing the proprietor, Andrew van Ryneveld, to advance a meeting at the workshop for Thursday.
