Unbelievably slooooowwwww they kept pushing dates back 3 months + waiting period , they even told me if I didn’t like it to take it somewhere else after it was dropped off , and already there for a month :… they never returned calls …. I don’t think anyone there knows what the hell is going on …. A pure donkey show ….. take your vehicles elsewhere it’s not worth the hassle dealing with these clowns, they run the place like it’s a backyard auto body mechanics , SGI accredited my ass ….low standards for SGI
Had such a terrible experience here with my interLock device. I had to go there for a device swap out from my old car to my newer jeep. Was told it would take no longer than 3-4 hours. I waited 6 hours for it to be done. And now that it is done I’ve been having issues with my device because the technician messed something up. Now I have to get a diagnostic done on my vehicle at a different shop. The technician doesn’t know how to install on newer vehicles that’s what he told me anyways.
