This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I brought in a onesie to be embroidered a week before a baby shower I was going to. When I placed my order I made it clear that I would need to pick it up the following Saturday and made sure they were open. (I was out of town on a work trip during the week). They assured me they were open Saturday's and that wouldn't be a problem. They called me Wednesday of that week to let me know the order was ready. My daughter went into Spiritwear Embroidery on 09/20/2014 to have a softball shirt made. She paid $37.89 for this t-shirt. When she contacted Spiritwear Embroidery to see if the shirt was ready, they did not even have record of the order. She spoke with the owner, MJ, that stated she had a horrible employee named "Katie" that only lasted 3 days and apparently orders "Katie" took were not done. I have been working for several years now getting shirts, jackets, etc for my company. Spiritwear is amazing. They have such a variety of options and their work is always beautifully done. I have absolutely no complaints only praise for MJ and her team!!
