I saw Liz at her location in Oceanside inside of L&B beauty. The massage I got from her was insanely good. I was sore for 4 days, but in the best way. I feel like I learned so much about my body and really felt such benefits! She identified things about my muscles and body that no practitioner has ever mentioned before, but it made perfect sense. I felt like she really understood what I needed. Her cupping style is awesome too, some of the best relief I've ever had.

I can't emphasize this enough...Liz is the best Massage Therapist I've gone to so far. I fell 50ft off a cliff and broke my back in 2001, so I have a lot of issues, and I've tried quite a few massage therapists. Liz's spirituality and technique is on point. She went over all my issues and was really amazing at honing in on where my body needed it the most. The cupping was amazing, and the deep tissue massage unreal. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Seriously give her a call. It was easy to book online too.

I just had THE BEST deep tissue massage with CBD! Liz is truly gifted! This was my first time trying cupping as well and I was very impressed with how well cupping worked to relieve my tension. Liz's touch is both strong and gentle; she truly listens and is highly professional. I felt entirely comfortable during my visit.
