I found this in the right season of life. I was experiencing life in so many new ways and not processing it well. I found this site, and now I dont feel so alone during this time.
Cody is an amazing person. She is very knowledgeable and explains things in ways you can understand. She takes the time to prepare for each session and I always take away something that is useful. The experience itself is hard to describe but what I will tell you is that I’m beginning to feel joy, happiness, balance and can now regulate my nervous system all because Cody has taught me how. I walked in to this experience completely frazzled. Walking through the door, instant peace and calm. A large table, snacks, hot tea. Soft music. Relaxing and getting ready to be amazed. Amazed by the support of women for women. I sat with 13 women. There was no hate, no drama, no jealousy, no discomfort, no judgement. All different women with different lives, but the same. Attending the Spring Equinox day retreat hosted by Spiritual Experiences was such a beautiful and rejuvenating experience. From the peaceful atmosphere to the intentional activities, every moment felt aligned with the spirit of renewal and balance. The retreat was thoughtfully designed, allowing us to connect with nature, reflect, and embrace new beginnings. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired. Thank you for creating such a meaningful space for growth and connection!
The newest addition to Spiritual Experience great offerings are the online Matermind Events. I have attended both the in person and online events and tge online events offer EVERYTHING the in person events do. They are well put together, easy to follow along with and very beneficial. Do check out the in person events but if yoyr personal or work schedule do not allow you to attend, the online version is just as beneficial and leave nothing out.
