TERRIBLE phone etiquette. Was calling to ask about product availability and she said “no” and HUNG UP in my face, while I was still talking. Won’t get any business acting like that and I hope you don’t! Learn how to talk to customers, then maybe you’ll have more of a mark on Tuscaloosa. 1st EVER interaction. Would had to be a long standing customer of yours.
AMAZING service from sweet Erin! … I am currently in Argentina and could not attend my daughter’s engagement party. Erin helped me to buy champagne, wrapped them beautifully, handwrote exactly what I wanted, and just was so incredibly kind! 5 stars!!!
