The 7 day West Arm trip was probably one of the top 2 trips I've ever had in my life. Amanda and Hannah were amazing guides; I always felt safe and taken care of with them. And AMAZING cooks! And Steven, the owner, was super on top of organizing. Would recommend to everyone. They know the area better than their competition, which is a big plus.
Amazing experience seeing (many) whales from our two-people sea kayak, during the whale watching day trip. The whole team we interacted with were friendly and super helpful, especially accommodating our flight time at the end of the day. They provided everything we needed - rain boots and dry bags included, even home- made cookies. All equipment was in great shape.
I highly recommend Spirit Walker guides for kayaking in Glacier Bay. Stephen was great to work with pre trip to set up our private 7 day trip to the west arm, answering all of our questions promptly and helping with local arrangements. Our guides Sophie and Elizabeth were fantastic. By the second day it felt like we were just 4 friends on a trip together. this tour was so fun!! we saw so many whales and even other animals like sea lions and porpoises! kayaking was really cool and i think it gave a much better and unique style of whale watching than just on a boat! would definitely recommend this tour!! also sofie is really awesome tysm queen :)
