Spirit Tree Hypnosis is a special place. The atmosphere is incredibly soothing and Philana is excellent at what she does. She took the time to genuinely understand me and what I wanted to work on, then guided me through a powerful meditation that was both grounding and energizing. She also shared tips on how to stay more mindful in my day to day life. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
