Lack of Duty of Care. The massage was fine yet defeated its purpose of relaxing due to the productive coughing of a male and female close to my cubicle. All I could think about during my massage was me contracting whatever they had as it sounded quite sickening and disgusting at times. Not sure I understand why Spirit Thai Massage didn't speak to them in a professional way advising them to come back when they are feeling better in the interest of other customers and staff.
