Can’t even book an appt when I needed to. I even did an online consult before but not even a reply. I tried ringing them as well before and saying go to their website but it doesnt really help at all
I was rang and given a appointment today got to the surgery abit late and was told i was not booked for today, after showing that i was, was told that i will not c the doctor today and need to make a appointment again, im in so much pain had to go on the bus again and go home. After i was in so much pain and made my way to the doctor i should have just stayed home i ended up feeling much more sicker then I was. I hope no one should ever go through this it’s just not ok.
