*DO NOT RENT HERE* This is the worst apartment experience I have ever had. The maintenance team is NON EXISTENT when it comes to tenant problems. The management team is COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE unless you owe them rent, then they suddenly become professionals. This building is falling apart the elevators break down once a month. Back in February one of the elevators caught fire and we had to evacuate at 6am on a Monday. Heard nothing from the leasing team regarding this, they didn’t even fix the problem. The lease office is amazing but the people in this building is not THEY HAVE A BAD HABBIT OF TOUCH OTHER PEOPLE CLOTHING IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM WHEN I FIND OUT WHO IT IS IM SPITTING ON THEM
Mrs.Nelly, was amazing with helping me through the whole process of moving, she helped me through it all, very patient and answered all my questions.
IM BRAND NEW TO STL AREA FROM NEW YORK THIS HANDS DOWN WAS THE SMOOTHEST NEW MOVE IN PROCESS THANKS TO CINDY VERY ACCOMMODATING SHE CALLED ME OVER 4 TIMES IN ONE DAY TO MAKE SURE I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED IM OVERLY JOYED AND EXCITED ABOUT THIS NEW MOVE THANK YOU CINDY‼️
I really appreciate Nelly assistance during the application process she made it short and simple I’m proud to be a new resident at the story board
