applied for a unit. sent all my money in ! they denied me and kept all my money. AND WONT SEND ME MY ADMIN FEE OF $400 BACK. they are literally ignoring my calls and this is so horrible i’ve already included my lawyer so please don’t waste your time with these sick people!!! very disappointing
Please don't rent from Storyboard on Pine these people are very unprofessional and unresponsive. If you don't want added stress to your life, No phone call for 9 days after being approved I thought it was a scam, still no answers. The Raj TuT and Jesse Tut brothers and/or Staff should be ashamed of themselves for scamming women/families out of administrative fees and they are millionaires. KARMA will prevail. Awful, I just applied for there application on Friday march 27th, paid the 50$ application fee plus the 400$ i haven't finished sending them all my paperwork yet, I found another place, Monday, called them to cancel my application, before the 72 hrs business days & they won't return my 400$ . Rip off contracting my lawyer i have yet to send my check stubs or w2s so my application isn't even process yet, but they won't return my $$.. there's no leasing office no whr in tht building.. scamming folks. *DO NOT RENT HERE* This is the worst apartment experience I have ever had. The maintenance team is NON EXISTENT when it comes to tenant problems. The management team is COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE unless you owe them rent, then they suddenly become professionals. This building is falling apart the elevators break down once a month. Back in February one of the elevators caught fire and we had to evacuate at 6am on a Monday. Heard nothing from the leasing team regarding this, they didn’t even fix the problem.
