Her depth of knowledge in yoga, dietary support, spiritual counseling, and women's health is second to none. Everything has been customized to my particular and changing needs. She is as supportive and patient as she is clear and instructive in her ability to help. I've had a couple of major injuries and I can't imagine how I would have healed without her.
