My husband and I have been with this bank since it was Texas Community Bank with Roger Lawrence who was a personal friend of ours. Always the best customer service and patience! Crystal Smith is our go to person and BESTEST Bank Officer. When Crystal is unavailable, we pester Louis who is always good in the customer service area!
Excellent personal approach, never any lines, very friendly interaction!
The absolute worst customer service experience Ive ever encountered. Waited 3 months time for a loan review and never received a solid answer and always had to be on top of the “Office president” for an answer to be told itll be another month to be a total of 4. Time off seems to be more important here than customers.
I love this bank. And I can not stand banks. But this bank people are so friendly and this is what customer service looks like
