2 months after my last appointment I was still getting charged! Beware of any missed appointments as they will be charged to your credit card without any notice. All the billing is done without any prior notice to the client. They give you an invoice and receipt all at once. The fees for counseling also are not provided prior to the services being provided so a missed appt costs $85! This is my second chance I have given to this facility and will never return. All of the staff is very helpful,from the initial phone contact to the therapists. I can't say enough good things about Natalie. Very professional but at the same time very compassionate.

The counselors are very nice and really helpful! Would definitely recommend.
