Great place super friendly staff amazing houses the barn the pool the gathering space is amazing only downer is they took away the community garden that we enjoyed but man over all it’s amazing place

We love living here!!!
We currently live in the Spirit of Brandtjen Farms townhomes and love everything about them except the association. Gassen has been the worst association we have dealt with and according to their reviews online it seems we aren't alone in our experience with them. Absolutely love the neighborhood but the association is horrible!
I would love to live here. Looking for the right townhouse to come up for sale!
