They screwed up our reservation and instead of comping our room or offering us a discount, after we drove 4.5 hours. they watched us walk out the door. but did manage to give us a list of hotels along the beach and appologize for their screw up. Well there loss as we usually spend over a grand everytime we stay there. Chinook Winds treats their players alot better and will stay there from now on.
