they are staying open and people are getting Covid on the game floor because of this. greedy behavior; you already have all the money.
They could refund tickets in a timely manner. It's been 12 days I've been waiting for a refund I was told I would receive in 5-10 days. My family needs groceries and I've been friendly and patient. I called, I emailed and I haven't gotten any answers. A very one size fits all email not assuring me that anything was handled or that anyone cared. I will never buy tickets at this venue again.
