Jack has been very helpful consulting with us on the most cost-effective upgrades we should be focusing on to upgrade our electrical system so we can get more energy from our solar panels on our limited budget. We eventually want to upgrade our batteries to lithium, and we now have more confidence in the steps necessary to make progress on that goal.

We had a great experience with Jack and Sonya. They came over to our boat, and we sat together and pummeled them with questions about our electric system design, electronics, overall settings, and general questions about how to best maximize and set up our BMS, Cerbo, VRM and new Wakespeed. I hired them to fix my boat and he isn't very knowledgeable about boats which is amusing to me being that he runs a busy that is supposed to do that all he did was bad talk about other boat companies and people it was very unprofessional also his girlfriend is very disrespectful she asked me if I was single she told me she was tired of him I don't recommend this business to anyone it was a strange experience and my boat didn't even get fixed properly they live in a boat and don't even have a place to work on boats
