We purchased a TRX5500 treadmill and once it was delivered and assembled we noticed a clicking sound while the belt was turning. We checked it the best we could and finally contacted customer service, or I should say we attempted to contact them. First time via email, still waiting on that reply. I wish I can give this company less than zero stars. Please do not order from this company. They do not do returns. They lie to you say they will give you a return. They do not do returns. It is not disclosed they do not do returns they keep sending you the wrong part charging you for the wrong part but will not give you a return for their mess up. Don't buy from this place I bought an exercise bike I've had it about close to 3 months and still trying to get all the parts to put it together I paid this thru academy credit card and even academy would not help in this matter this is ridiculous now here it in a new yr and they are avoiding to call me back to get the right parts never buy from this place I hope this place goes out of business they don't stand behind there crap
Stay far away. They do not stand behind the quality or build of their equipment. I received brand new equipment with clear plastic sheets baked on to all plastic panels. It’s been almost a year and they refuse to address the defect or even acknowledge. Stay away. Many more reputable competitors with a better customer experience to choose from.
