My pond that Spirit Level built for me a few years ago started leaking severely and I have now left about 10 messages over the past 2 1/2 months trying to get them to check it out and make repairs. I have not once received a return phone call. The team when they built it were excellent. I’m not quite sure what has happened to the customer service since.
