I have visited this center for many years as part of Camp Samantha, a camp for kids who have lost loved ones. I'm part of the Paws for Patients group at Chandler Hospital. We bring our therapy dogs to visit the kids and it is very rewarding. the center is very accommodating.

Looking for peace? You will find it at Spirit in the Desert Retreat Center in Carefree. Check in for a night or two. . . Sign up for one of the many retreats and workshops. .. or just come and walk the campus and enjoy the beautiful Arizona desert.

Welcoming, peaceful, and inspirational. A wonderful setting to "retreat" from the daily routine and demands of life and center on the important things. A perfect setting for spiritual renewal.
