Everyone was so nice and they were able to schedule me very quickly. I appreciated the time Makayla took to help me with my insurance and billing questions. Getting an MRI can be stressful but Bill made it easy. Thanks so much!
Had a great experience at Spirit Imaging. Mikayla at the front desk could not be more warm and welcoming and made the process easy. Bill, the technician, was also very reassuring and capable as he conducted the MRI. Would definitely use them again if necessary! Thank you.
Great experience from scheduling to imaging. Makayla (front desk) and Bill (technician) are wonderful - extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. We have special needs and Bill was great with making necessary accommodations to make the testing as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend! The only reason for 4 stars is that access is a bit tricky with a wheelchair. Tricky, but doable, and they’re willing to help maneuver if needed.
Very good experience! The woman that checked me in, Sy, was pleasant and kind and answered all questions as I was checking in and when I checked out. , Bill, the technician was also informative and patient. He put me at ease as this was my first MRI. Will definitely recommend Spirit Imaging to others!
I was unable to edit my prior review so Iam posting this amended review to update my experience with Spirit Imaging ! I was contacted by Rich the owner of Spirit Imaging who immediately apologized for the confusion made by the Rep. who scheduled me for an appointment when they (Spirit Imaging ) did not accept my insurance . Rich was very apologetic and offered to bring me in asap . he also supplied me w an arm and wrist support to help relieve the pain in my elbow free of charge , I was very impressed that he took the time o... read more
