We purchased a new car Feb 2025 We noticed the minute we signed the paper everything changed. The level of customer service was poor and to be able to speak to anyone was near enough impossible. If you phone it was either no answer or too busy, if I emailed it was just ignored. Our car was delayed which pushed us back a little, but these things happen. Very poor. Simple problem with my rear car door not opening. No appointments until December. Unwilling to offer help or advice re tyre pressure warning stuck on. Useless
Terrible experience with this dealer. I went there some months ago to look at a new car. I was completely ignored as I walked round the outside car park and inside the show room. Not one person engaged with me. So I left. Now months later I have a car that needs some warranty attention, something really simple but a very annoying rattling noise.
