We are so happy that we chose Spirit Contracting to do our bathroom renovation. The owner, Madelyn Liso, is an amazing woman. Maddie was not only a beautiful, kind, and loving person but also professional, organized, hard working and on top, of every step. Spirit completed a large renovation for us recently. The reno included all new LVP floors throughout the main floor, all trim, some doors, full paint, fireplace re-face, kitchen counters, and a bathroom. We love the results. Spirit started the job on schedule and worked every day throughout the duration of the job. All of the workers were friendly and respectful - shout out to Johnny, Alex, Chase, and Chris. From what started as the customary collection of estimates/quotes from different companies for a remodel of an already finished area in dire need of gut and modernization, Maddy and the team were a pleasure to work with. We recently had extensive tile work done throughout our home; in addition, we had two staircases refurbished, replacing worn out carpeting with a stunning combination of traditional ceramic tile, luxury vinyl tile and painted wood moulding; and I can honestly say the work exceeded every expectation we had.
