My daughter has been part of SPIRIT Club for over 2 years. She enjoys her weekly group classes and enjoys having her 1 to 1 classes a well. She is able to loose weight, gain confidence and feel great about herself.
We love Spirit Club! Amazing staff and programs.
Spirit Club is one of my son’s favorite places to go for exercises to help him get stronger. He loves his coach who always encourages him to do his best. He plans activities that improve my son’s strength and endurance. The activities are fun and work on developing important muscles that are vital to maintaining mobility. All classes are designed to motivate participants to be healthy and fit.
